Ursula Burns joined Xerox more than 30 years ago as a mechanical engineering summer intern and has held her position as CEO since July 2009. Shortly after becoming CEO, she led the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services, the largest acquisition in Xerox history.
